You should deprive ...
You should deprive yourself of sleep and then your body runs on adrenaline... I usaly just don't? sleep for a day... then when you go to sleep your mind is still got adrenaline in it and so you are falling asleep... but keep on doing this and it will happen...and keep telling yourself stay awake... after a while you seem realy tripped out because you are infact asleep but only when you are out of body.. when your trying to do it its vivid sleep...

i want to thank you for making this video after i? watched i tried once but failed second time i feel like i got closer because my temples were vibrating an i felt like i was falling but lost my focus point and snapped out after it i felt tired and alot of my eneergy was gone

I have tried this guys, one out bought candles i think for the first? time in my life. Stared at the flame closed my eyes and seen purple ball come in front of me after i closed my eyes and then after a few seconds a small white ball, appeared in the purple ball. The white point tends to be purple inside and i think it spinning like a triangle. The bigger purple ball you see at first, then disappears and your left with this white dot. I suspect this is the focus the point.

I have this problem ...
I have this problem and I was wondering if any of you could help me with. Every time I try to do astral projection and I am almost there I start to have strong feelings of fear so strong that it kicks me back and and ruin all the experience. Is there anything that could? help me to avoid this? I do not know how should I explain that. Maybe it is a sign that I should not do it at all.

I just did my 1st time today... the red mark kept sinking!!! I saw it then in a matter of 2? seconds it would go down down down and then i'd loose it, and after some 3 seconds i'd see it coming down again. I guess I was doing something wrong... I'll try again tomorrow. Thanks for your video! =)
